2. Have the most accurate dates of your employment period:

We want to know when you started and finished your work, because that will help everybody to determine how long a season in this farm can be!

3. Remember how much you were paid:

Not that we are curious, but wages in a farm is an excellent way to know if it’s a fair place to work for. If you don’t remember it, you can find this information on your payslip.

N.B. : If the rate was changing depending on the fruit variety and/or the block, give an average of the wage over the season. Then, in the comment section, let us know what was the range of this variation.

       4. Be as honest as possible:
